Summary

This study tests whether a combination of a digital food marketplace, personalized dietitian coaching, and home blood pressure monitoring can help lower blood pressure. It will involve 100 Black and Hispanic adults with high blood pressure who live in areas with limited access to healthy food. The goal is to see if this digital support system is more effective than general dietary advice at improving heart and kidney health over six months.
