Summary
This study tested a digital program called Keep-On-Keep-Up (KOKU) to see if it helps older adults improve balance and reduce falls. 202 people aged 60 and older used the app for 12 weeks or received standard care. The program includes balance exercises and tips to prevent falls at home.
