Summary

This study is testing a 12-week online exercise program designed to prevent falls in adults aged 60 and older. Sixty participants will be split into two groups: one starts the exercises right away, while the other waits 12 weeks before starting. The goal is to see if this convenient, digitally delivered program can effectively improve strength and balance to reduce fall risk.
