App-Based workouts may ease PCOS symptoms

Summary

This study tests whether a digital rehabilitation-supported exercise program can improve symptoms and quality of life in women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). 33 women aged 18-40 will be randomly assigned to digital exercise, in-person exercise, or physical activity counseling for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in DNA methylation, hormones, body composition, and menstrual regularity.
