Can a digital diet course make hospital staff healthier?

NCT ID NCT06666296

Summary

This study tested whether digital nutrition workshops could help hospital employees eat a more plant-based, sustainable diet. 64 healthy volunteers were randomly assigned to receive either an intensive online training program or basic digital information over 13 weeks. Researchers measured changes in eating habits, weight, and attitudes to see which approach was more effective.
