App-Based nurse support aims to tame diabetes in young adults
NCT ID NCT07325838
Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week digital education and support program, led by a nurse, can help young adults (ages 18-45) with type 2 diabetes better manage their daily care. The program includes educational modules, goal-setting tools, and direct messaging with a nurse. Researchers will compare this digital support to standard online educational materials to see if it improves blood sugar control and reduces diabetes-related stress.
