Summary

This study tests a digital therapeutic device designed to help people with sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss) build stronger muscles. About 130 participants will either use the device or do self-exercises at home. The main goal is to see if the device improves knee strength more than exercise alone over 12 weeks.
