Summary

This study tests if an online cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) program can reduce heart-related anxiety in people who had a heart attack or unstable angina at least six months ago. About 176 adults with significant cardiac anxiety will either receive the online CBT or a digital lifestyle program. The goal is to see if CBT helps them feel less fearful and more active.
