First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tested whether an 18-week digital program combining mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy is acceptable and feasible for adults with binge eating disorder. 17 participants used the program at home. The goal was to see if people liked it and completed it, not to prove it works yet. Results will guide a future larger trial.
