Summary
This study is testing a digital health app designed to help prevent type 2 diabetes in adults at high risk. The app, called VA|PREVENTION, acts as a virtual coach to encourage healthy changes in diet and physical activity. Researchers will compare the app's effectiveness to a standard informational guidebook over 10 months.
