Teens Co-Design app to fight chronic pain, aim to cut ER trips

Summary
This study is testing a smartphone app designed with input from teens to help them manage long-term chronic pain. The app teaches coping skills like relaxation and managing negative thoughts, based on proven psychological therapies. Researchers will measure if using the app reduces pain interference in daily life, decreases emergency room visits, and improves overall well-being for 195 teens in Spain.
