Summary

This study tested a smartphone app designed to help women with urinary incontinence (leaking urine) reduce how often it happens. About 194 women took part, using the app for 12 weeks while a control group received standard care. The goal was to see if the app could cut incontinence episodes in half and improve quality of life.
