Digital scale and app aim to help kids with obesity
NCT ID NCT04917601
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a digital support system called Evira helps children and teens with obesity manage their weight better. Evira includes a special scale for daily weigh-ins at home and a mobile app that lets parents and healthcare providers track progress and message each other easily. The goal is to see if this digital tool, used alongside standard lifestyle counseling, leads to better weight outcomes over 12 months compared to standard care alone.
