Summary

This study is testing a digital toolkit (a smartphone app) designed to help people with atrial fibrillation (AFib) learn about their condition, make healthy lifestyle changes, and handle AFib episodes with less anxiety. The goal is to see if using the app improves quality of life and reduces the amount of time spent in AFib. About 248 adults with AFib and a BMI of 27 or higher will participate.
