First seen Mar 06, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tested whether a health promotion education program could help 76 adolescents (ages 10-19) reduce digital addiction and improve their nutrition and exercise habits. Researchers measured changes using the Child-Adolescent Digital Addiction Scale and the Nutrition-Exercise Behavior Scale. The goal was to see if education alone can positively impact these behaviors.
