Summary
This study tested whether a special education program led by nurses could help teenagers reduce their digital addiction and improve their nutrition and exercise behaviors. It involved 76 students in grades 5-7 who scored high on a digital addiction test. The goal was to see if teaching healthy lifestyle choices could prevent future health problems.
