Summary
This study looks at whether a fermented whey and fiber supplement can improve digestive comfort in recreational athletes. About 114 participants will be split into two groups: those without stomach issues and those with them. Researchers will measure breath hydrogen and symptom scores to see if the supplement helps reduce gas, bloating, and other gut problems.
