Can a dietitian control diabetes better than a hospital?
NCT ID NCT07285330
Summary
This study tests whether regular follow-up with a dietitian-nutritionist works as well as traditional day hospital visits for improving blood sugar control in people with type 2 diabetes. It will involve 140 adults whose diabetes is not well controlled, and who are on insulin. The main goal is to see which approach lowers a key blood sugar marker (HbA1c) more after three months.
