Summary
This study aims to understand if taking an L-Phenylalanine supplement changes the levels of certain fungi and a related metabolite in the gut of healthy people. Twenty volunteers will take the supplement for 14 days and provide stool and blood samples. The goal is to gather basic knowledge about how this supplement interacts with the body's natural gut environment.
