First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a dietary supplement (fiber plus green tea) can make people feel more full from alcohol and change their response to drinking. 64 at-risk drinkers took either the supplement or a placebo before an alcohol challenge. The goal was to see if the supplement could reduce alcohol's effects, which might help with drinking control.
