Summary
This study looks at whether eating too much phosphate—a common additive in processed foods—can reduce your ability to exercise and increase belly fat. Researchers will measure oxygen use during cycling and muscle energy levels in 124 healthy adults. The goal is to see if findings from mice apply to humans.
