Can a cookie help you sleep better?
NCT ID NCT04677946
Summary
This study is testing whether eating one special cookie per day for eight weeks can improve sleep quality in overweight adults who have trouble sleeping. The cookies are made with an oil high in linoleic acid, a type of fat that may have health benefits. Researchers will measure changes in sleep patterns, blood markers, and how easy it is for people to stick to eating the cookie daily.
