Summary
This study is testing whether home-delivered meals rich in omega-3 fats (like fish) can help people with COPD breathe better and reduce flare-ups. Researchers want to see if this diet can also protect the lungs from the harmful effects of indoor air pollution. The trial focuses on low-income adults with COPD who typically have low omega-3 intake.
