NCT ID NCT04777656
Summary
This study is testing if adding a specific diet to standard Crohn's disease medication helps children and teens stay in remission longer. It will compare the diet plus medication to medication alone over 12 months. The goal is to see if the diet can reduce painful flare-ups and potentially lower the need for strong medications.
