Summary

This study is testing whether specific diets can help reduce severe bloating, abdominal pain, and other gut symptoms in people with systemic sclerosis (scleroderma). Researchers will compare three different dietary approaches in 60 participants to see which works best. The goal is to find a practical way to improve daily comfort and quality of life for those struggling with these painful symptoms.
