Summary
This study compared three different diet approaches—Mediterranean diet, time-restricted eating (a form of intermittent fasting), and a standard diet—to see which one best helps with weight management and improves eating behaviors. It involved 75 overweight or obese adults. The goal was to find effective diet strategies that could be used in personalized nutrition counseling.
