Can a Plant-Based diet turn off colon cancer risk?

Summary

This study is testing whether a diet with more plant foods and less meat can change gut chemicals and bacteria linked to colon cancer. It involves 40 adults who have had a colon polyp removed and currently eat a typical Western diet. Participants will follow a guided diet change for 4 weeks while providing stool and blood samples to measure changes.
