NCT ID NCT07304336

Summary

This study tested which of three diets works best to reduce liver fat and improve health in people with fatty liver disease. 173 overweight or obese adults were randomly assigned to follow either a Mediterranean diet, a low-carbohydrate diet, or standard nutritional advice for six months. Researchers measured changes in liver fat, body composition, and blood markers to see which approach was most effective.
