NCT ID NCT07168967

Summary

This study aimed to understand how a specific healthy diet pattern, a person's natural sleep/wake timing (chronotype), and mental well-being are connected in adults with obesity. Researchers gathered data from 97 volunteers, including their body measurements, blood tests, diet records, and answers to questionnaires about their sleep preferences and psychological state. The goal was to find relationships between these factors to inform better future health approaches.
