Summary

This study tests whether a personalized diet plan can improve quality of life for 100 women with advanced gynecologic or breast cancer who are already receiving antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) therapy. Participants are randomly assigned to either a tailored diet or general Mediterranean diet advice. The main goal is to see if the personalized approach leads to meaningful improvements in daily well-being.
