NCT ID NCT07431658
First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study looks at how diet and oxidative stress (a type of body stress) relate to chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU), a condition causing itchy hives and swelling. Researchers will track the diets and measure stress markers in the blood of 116 adults with CSU and healthy volunteers. They also want to see if these factors affect how well patients respond to the drug omalizumab after 3 months. The goal is to better understand the disease, not to test a new treatment.
