New program aims to stop fibroid regrowth after surgery

Summary
This study is testing a diet, exercise, and lifestyle program to see if it can help prevent uterine fibroids from growing back after they have been surgically removed. It will enroll 100 women who recently had fibroid surgery to see if they find the program helpful and if it improves their quality of life. Researchers will use surveys and follow-up ultrasounds to check if the program is feasible and if it reduces the chance of fibroids returning.
