Summary
This study aims to understand if the types of food people eat after weight-loss surgery are linked to body-wide inflammation and stomach problems. Researchers will observe 70 adults who had surgery at least three months ago. They will collect data on participants' diets, measure inflammation markers from blood tests, and ask about symptoms like bloating and pain.
