Can a blood test predict your diet success?
NCT ID NCT07012226
Summary
This study aimed to understand if certain genes in a person's white blood cells could predict how much weight they would lose on a low-calorie diet. Researchers studied 60 people with high triglycerides who were overweight or obese. They compared gene activity and health markers between those who lost the most and least weight after two months on the diet.
