NCT ID NCT07438652
Summary
This study is testing whether following a Mediterranean or Paleolithic diet for 12 weeks can help adults with rheumatoid arthritis. Researchers will compare these two specific eating plans to see which one better reduces joint inflammation, improves quality of life, and affects body composition. The goal is to find dietary strategies that can help manage this chronic autoimmune condition alongside standard treatments.
