NCT ID NCT07298603

Summary

This study aims to see if specific diets can help manage the symptoms of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Researchers will compare a standard Mediterranean diet and a fertility-optimized version against general dietary advice in 36 women with PCOS. They will measure changes in hormones, metabolism, body measurements, and quality of life over 12 weeks to see which approach works best.
