Could cutting this food additive stop your migraines?

NCT ID NCT07360405

Summary

This study is testing whether following a low-glutamate diet can reduce migraine frequency, severity, and duration. Researchers will enroll 40 adults with migraines and compare those on the special diet to a wait-list control group continuing their usual diet. The goal is to see if this dietary change is a safe, non-drug option for managing migraine symptoms and to understand how it might affect the body.
