Summary
This study is testing whether a specific diet high in fiber and fermented foods can reduce the core symptoms of ADHD in adults and improve their quality of life. Researchers will compare this special diet to standard healthy eating guidelines over 12 weeks. The study will also look at how diet might affect gut bacteria, brain function, and stress levels to understand the connection between food and ADHD symptoms.
