Gut health plan aims to slow early kidney damage in youth
NCT ID NCT07483697
Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of a special diet, regular exercise, and a probiotic supplement can help young people with early-stage chronic kidney disease. Researchers want to see if this plan reduces harmful toxins and inflammation in the body, which are thought to make kidney disease worse. The goal is to find a way to slow down the progression of the disease through lifestyle changes.
