Can a pill plus exercise ease your aching knees?

Summary
This study is testing whether a dietary supplement, exercise, or a combination of both is most effective for managing knee osteoarthritis. It involves 93 adults with knee pain who will take either a real supplement, a placebo, and/or do supervised exercises for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in pain, stiffness, physical function, and quality of life to see which approach works best.
