Can fasting and exercise supercharge cancer treatment?

Summary
This study is testing if adding a special low-calorie 'fasting-mimicking' diet and an exercise program to standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy can make the cancer treatment more effective for people with triple-negative breast cancer. It will involve 356 participants who will be randomly assigned to receive either the standard treatment alone or the standard treatment plus the diet and exercise plan. The main goal is to see if the lifestyle program helps more patients achieve a complete response to treatment, where no cancer is found after surgery.
