NCT ID NCT07443787
Summary
This study tested whether a healthy diet and exercise program could help women who have survived breast cancer and are taking hormone therapy. Researchers worked with 150 women to see if following a Mediterranean-style diet and being more active could improve their weight and lower their risk for heart problems. They measured things like waist size, blood pressure, and cholesterol before and after a 3-month program.
