Summary
This study looks at whether adding whole-body electrical muscle stimulation to a low-calorie diet can help people with obesity lose weight and control their appetite better than diet alone. Forty adults will be split into two groups for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in blood markers related to metabolism and hunger.
