Can a special diet double the power of Crohn's drugs?

Summary
This study is testing if adding a specific diet to standard Crohn's disease medication leads to better healing of the gut lining. It will involve 185 adults in China who are starting a new type of drug treatment. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the medication alone or the medication plus a strict diet that avoids certain foods.
