Summary
This study uses data from half a million UK adults aged 40-70 to explore how diet influences the risk of developing rheumatoid arthritis, a lifelong inflammatory joint disease. Researchers will analyze existing dietary and lifestyle information along with hospital records to identify patterns that may increase or decrease risk. The goal is to better understand which eating habits might help prevent this condition.
