Summary
This study looks at whether following a Mediterranean or Paleolithic diet for 12 weeks can improve disease activity, nutrition, and quality of life in adults aged 40-60 with rheumatoid arthritis. Participants are randomly assigned to one of the two diets or their usual diet. The goal is to see if these eating patterns can help control arthritis symptoms and overall well-being.
