First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looks at whether two different diets—the Mediterranean Diet and a fertility-focused version called FertilOMed—can improve hormone levels, metabolism, and overall well-being in women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). About 36 women with PCOS will follow one of these diets or standard advice for 12 weeks. The goal is to see which approach offers the most benefit for managing PCOS symptoms.
