Summary
This study tests whether a mostly plant-based diet (the New Nordic diet) can improve gut health and reduce inflammation in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers will ask 75 participants to follow this diet for several weeks and will measure changes in their gut bacteria, blood markers, and digestion. The goal is to see if diet can be a safe, low-cost way to help manage Parkinson's symptoms.
