French scientists seek 1000 volunteers to unlock secrets of healthy aging through diet
NCT ID NCT06695780
Summary
This French research project aims to understand how different eating patterns affect health as people age. Researchers will recruit 1,000 people aged 55-75 from the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region to complete questionnaires, provide small blood and urine samples at home, and do simple health tests. The goal is to group participants by their diet and health status to eventually provide personalized nutrition advice for healthier aging.
