Summary
This study tests if special breathing exercises can help people with GERD (chronic acid reflux). 42 adults with GERD will be randomly assigned to do diaphragmatic breathing, use a breathing device, or receive standard care for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in symptoms, acid exposure, and quality of life to see if these simple exercises offer extra relief.
